Timeless Journey 2009
Making History at the Kennedy Center
About the event
On June 20, 2009, No Limits Theater Group in its original theatrical production of Timeless Journey sponsored by The Anthony Robbins Foundation. Timeless Journey, written by Michelle Christie-Adams and John Stinespring, directed by Gloria Furtano will be an unforgettable play performed by oral deaf children at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC. No Limits has partnered with Chattering Children, Camelot Center, Fairfax County, AG Bell and Communications Links. This will be an historic event and a true milestone not only for the children who will be performing, but also for every child who has a hearing loss in our country and around the world. Kathy Buckley, a hard-of-hearing comedienne, spokesperson and Board member of No Limits will be the guest Host and we could not be more thrilled!
We are grateful to the Anthony Robbins Foundation, who continues to be a loyal supporter of No Limits. The Anthony Robbins Foundation is a non-profit organization created to empower individuals and organizations to make a significant difference in the quality of life for people who are often forgotten - youth, homeless and hungry, prisoners, elderly and disabled. Our international coalition of caring volunteers provides the vision, the inspiration, the finest resources, and specific strategies needed to empower these important members of our society.
Timeless Journey takes the audience through a fun, comedic and entertaining journey through American History. The kids have been rehearsing for the last two months at the Camelot Center and are preparing to inspire and wow the audiences. The cast includes: Yara Alghelaiqah, Maya Caceres, Bianca Calderon, Alexander Clark, Yasmine Iskander, Andrea Katz, Aidan Lucas, Irene Paek, Breanna Putnam, Angela Stone, Michael Turner, Malik Stuckey, John Wainscott.
